Dawn Bower, Owner/Coach
Dawn Bower has a Bachelors in Education and has taught for almost 20 years. She has been fascinated by the brain, the mind, and the soul for many years and was introduced to Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) three years ago, which changed her life for the better. Dawn is a certified Master Level NLP Practitioner, coaching people all over the world. She created Mobile Lighthouse LLC with a mission to create a space where clients can connect with a coach from anywhere in the world (with WiFi) and explore what it would look like to be fully in alignment with their whole person.
In addition, Dawn is a Practitioner of Religious Science and an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Master Level Coach.
Dawn is a speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator for schools and organizations across the country and around the world.
Jen Neely, NLP Coach
Jennifer Neely has a Masters in Educational Psychology from The University of Colorado, Denver. She has been in education for almost 20 years, mostly in the early childhood special education sector.
Five years after experiencing a marriage filled with significant domestic violence and sexual assault, she was introduced to NLP. After trying several different types of therapy, this kind of therapy was intriguing to her as it does not require a victim to relive (or even talk about) the traumatic events in which they experienced. Using NLP to remove the emotions, identify the learnings, and rewrite the narrative and programs she was operating from has been transformative and pivotal in healing beyond victim and into a thriving survivor. She is active in the domestic violence community by bringing awareness to the issue through sharing her story.
Jen is a Master Level NLP Practitioner and plans to have her International Coach Federation certification by the end of 2023.
Mandy Straight, NLP Coach
Hello, my name is Mandy and I'm a design guide for life transition points, helping to shed the ‘should’s, and create an inner and outer life that reflect your 'self' today to inspire the person you’re becoming tomorrow. If you’re anything like me, it’s impossible to make a difference in the world if you don’t feel safe, grounded and seen. Together we’ll design life alignment using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), 18 years of design experience, Human Design, psychology and ontology (that’s a fancy word for ‘the study of being’). Make sure to check out my TED Talk on Visual Mantra!
Matt Diaz, NLP Coach
Born and raised as a Colorado native, Matt sees a greatness in everyone waiting to be released. Matt has spent his whole life passionate about health, fitness, and helping others tap into their goals. Before receiving a B.S. from Colorado School of Mines, Matt obtained his certification as a personal trainer, where he was blessed to work with one of his clients, a young man who was ready for a new self-image and released over 100 pounds. Today, Matt is a certified Master Level Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programing and collaborates with college students and young professionals across the US as they develop their leadership skills. Matt has been asked to present, both in-person and virtual, workshops and keynotes to numerous universities throughout the nation. One of Matt's greatest joys has been marrying his childhood crush, where they live a life of purpose and intention together.
Kelli Hansen, NLP Coach
Kelli has a BA in Communications and a minor in Psychology. She has always been intrigued with how the brain works and why people do what they do. But her journey with NLP really started after losing her middle sister Carrie to a completed suicide on Feb. 20, 2017. The whole rest of 2017 after her sisters death Kelli felt like she was just surviving, going through life, but not really living. It wasn’t until she went to an event in 2018, called Greatest Year of Your Life, and when she experienced NLP she felt like she was finally free to grieve her sisters loss. Kelli was able to forgive herself for not being able to save her sister and forgive her sister for taking her own life. This was a huge process in such a short time frame which made her become even more intrigued with the mind and she felt destined to help save lives.
She founded BCC Evolution, a mental health and suicide awareness nonprofit on June 30th, 2018 in honor of her sister. Through several more NLP experiences she was able to release several traumas that were holding her back and allowed her to move confidently in what became her calling to make mental health matter. The power of NLP was so profound and life changing that she is now a Master Level NLP Practitioner.
